Hello from the Butterfly Girls—Kanza, Amara, and our amazing mom! For the past seven years, we’ve been exploring the wonderful world of vegan food, and we want to share our favorite recipes and experiences with you. vegan food is delicious, fun to make, and super healthy. We’ve learned so much on our journey, and we can’t wait to inspire other kids to try plant-based meals and discover how magical vegan eating can be! 

Why Vegan Food? 

When we first started exploring vegan food, we didn’t know much about it. But as we learned more, we realized that eating plant-based is not only good for our bodies but also helps protect animals and the environment. The more we experimented with vegan food, the more we loved how healthy and delicious it is.
